Gabriela Salazar Burns is the owner and founder of Claro Consulting Services.
At Claro, Ms. Burns successfully combines her legal expertise and practical experience to provide employment law and human resources consulting services to clients from a wide variety of industries. She frequently conducts seminars and compliance trainings for executives, managers, supervisors and line employees. She also specializes in conducting workplace investigations of alleged employee wrongdoing, and provides employment counseling services regarding all aspects of human resources management. A native Spanish speaker, she is skilled at providing clients with bilingual and bicultural services and can deliver all services in English and Spanish.
Prior to launching Claro, Ms. Burns worked for the Orange County office of Fisher & Phillips LLP, one of the oldest and largest firms in the country practicing exclusively labor and employment law. Gabriela also spent several years working as an employment consultant in San Diego for Puente Consulting, APC, a full service employment law and human resources consulting firm, and as a Litigation Associate with the law firm of Cozen O’Connor which is ranked among the 100 largest law firms in the United States. Ms. Burns has considerable experience conducting workplace investigations for companies and organizations throughout California, involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. Ms. Burns has also served as an Equal Employment Opportunity Consultant appointed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
